Typically any site with 20 or more people on site daily — employees, members, patients, residents or visitors. Foot traffic matters more than headcount, so a busy 20-person shop can outperform a larger office where everyone leaves at lunch. No. Contracts are not required. If one is put in place, it simply asks for thirty days’ notice before equipment is removed. You are not locked in.
We do — and you never have to tell us. The HAHA cloud platform reports each machine’s stock levels, so we restock based on what is actually selling rather than a fixed calendar. At busy locations that often means every few days. If something needs attention sooner, you can reach us 24/7.
